When was the last time you got an idea? Was it last night, last year or this morning? What did you do with it? Did you wipe it off as just another wave of thought or did you work to jealously implement it? Perhaps like most people you thought that if your idea was correct then someone else must have thought of it, right? Well the thing is, ideas don’t necessarily come from you—they come through you! And that they come through you doesn’t mean you are special because if you don’t implement them, someday someone else will! It’s only with ideas that you can make your original inputs and contribution to humanity. So, the next time an idea comes to you, see it as an opportunity to add value to humanity; don’t deprive the world of your ingenuity. We all want to see it. Don’t be timid with your ideas express and implement them after all you are not working to impress but to express. Formal education is wonderful but it shouldn’t stop you from implementing your ideas. Even renowned theoretical physicist Albert Einstein had this to say “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”
Things to ponder upon as you meditate on your idea:
Can it add value to humanity?
Can it affect lives positively?
Can it make me an asset rather than a liability?
Can it make me a solution rather than part of the problem?
Can it make me, my family and nation proud?
Please if your idea fulfills any of the above objectives, then make sure you stop at nothing to implement them. It might not be easy, but it’s definitely not impossible!
